Topical magnesium is a game changer. It has been a huge player in helping keep me calm and sleeping well! I apply magnesium balm to my inner thighs every 2 hours when feeling especially overwhelmed.

Use: apply to the following points: wrists, behind knees, inner thigh, stomach (careful magnesium can make your stools soft). Always research products before using on littles

ABOUT MY TALLOW: all the tallow I use comes from 100% pasture-raised cattle. They're unvaccinated, unmedicated, always in the Florida sunshine. They're raised on regenerative pastures with other animals. They're also butchered humanely.
